 | KamilMon 24 Sep, 2018 | Small hotel with personal touchBefore arriving to the hotel, I was pleased to be called by the hotel staff on the same day and proposed an arrangement of transfer from the airport (for additional fee). We were also told that on the first day we would sleep in one room, but from the second day we would move to a more private room (both with cladera view as reserved). The staff in the hotel was very helpful in informing us and organising a hire of a car (twice) without much administrative hurdle. On the weaker side, we did not feel very comfortable on the bed in the more private room as it was very small (less than 140cm) and the matrass was not comfortable (you would feel a bit the resorts in your back) and when one of us moved, it would all move. We slept badly two days before adjusting to it. There are much better matrasses on the market for a hotel of such a price. Another negative point is the breakfast, which lacks variety. It is the same every day (with the sole exception of either boiled or scramled eggs). The soil of the shower corner could also be better cleaned, but otherwise the cleaning service was excellent and the room tidy every day, even from sand. | 5 |

Best suited for couples, walls between rooms are quite thin and voices can be easily heard from nextdoor. Would have liked to have more private balcony. Very friendly staff, who told us what to see and helped us to rent a car and ride to the port. Good value for money in expensive Santorini. | 5 |
